Year 4 have been learning all about how the Egyptians mummified the dead thousands of years ago to preserve them for the afterlife. We mummified our class skeleton, Bill. Then we used salt, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, cloves and bandages to mummify oranges. We will unwrap them in 2 months to see if the Ancient Egyptian technique works!
